1. Data controller

2. Scope

This policy applies to visitors of eksperta.ba and people who submit an enquiry, request an offer, book a consultation or request a software demonstration. Processing performed for accounting clients under a service agreement is governed by that agreement and separate notices where required.

3. Data we may process

• Form data: name, company, email, telephone number, message and information you provide.
• Consultation data: selected date and time, request and booking status.
• Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser type, access time, visited page, referrer and server logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookie choice: whether you accept, reject or customise optional cookies.
• Analytics data: website usage data through Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent.

Do not submit national identification numbers, identity-document numbers, health, payment-card or other particularly sensitive information through public forms unless we have expressly requested it through a secure channel.

4. Purposes and legal grounds

• responding to enquiries, preparing offers and arranging consultations – steps taken at your request before a contract;
• providing contracted services and business communication – performance of a contract;
• retaining records required by tax, accounting or other law – compliance with legal obligations;
• protecting the website and resolving technical issues – our legitimate interest in secure operation;
• Google Analytics 4 measurement – your prior consent, withdrawable at any time.

Rejecting analytics or marketing cookies does not affect access to the website or forms.

5. Recipients

Authorised RA Eksperta personnel and, only where necessary, contracted hosting, website-maintenance and email providers may access data. If analytics cookies are accepted, Google may process data as the Google Analytics 4 provider. We may disclose information to a competent authority where required by law or necessary to protect legal claims.

We do not sell personal data or use enquiry data for unsolicited marketing.

6. International transfers

Some technical providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Where a transfer is needed, we select providers using appropriate contractual, organisational and technical safeguards. Google Analytics is enabled only with consent.

7. Retention

• enquiries, offers, demonstrations and consultation requests: up to 24 months after the last communication, unless a client relationship begins or longer retention is needed for a legal claim;
• technical and security logs: normally up to 90 days;
• cookie choice: 6 months;
• contractual, tax and accounting records: for periods required by applicable law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, applicable data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

9. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, system updates, backups and access limited to people who need the data.
