An accounting agency combining professional expertise with practical technology
RA Eksperta is an accounting agency based in Šamac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, founded in 2020. We provide bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, payroll, tax support and advisory services for companies and sole proprietors.
We organise cooperation in a traditional, digital or combined form. Documents can be delivered physically or electronically, and when a client already uses business or accounting software they are comfortable with, our goal is to keep it and integrate it into the workflow wherever that is practical and reliable. Where needed, Eksperta can also provide an appropriate software solution.
Our mission
To provide accurate, timely and understandable accounting with as little unnecessary administrative work as possible. We use technology to reduce manual entry, document searching and repeated steps, while professional accountant control remains central.
Our vision
To connect documentation, accounting expertise and business software into one secure, controlled and traceable workflow. Clients should have a simple way to deliver information and a clear view of obligations, while accountants have reliable data and more time for control, analysis and advice.
How we work
We do not force every client into the same workflow. Traditional cooperation remains available, digital delivery is organised where it is useful, and we aim to retain a client’s existing software when it can be reliably integrated into the process. The goal is not digitalisation for its own sake, but fewer steps and better control.
Development and Eksperta Digital
Eksperta Digital is RA Eksperta’s own development project, currently being completed and practically tested. The first phase enables secure document delivery by phone, selection of a business unit and document type, review before sending and confirmation of delivery status. The broader goal is to connect document intake, OCR, human control, processing and export or integration with accounting software. Eksperta Digital is not intended to replace the accountant; it is intended to remove unnecessary steps and leave more time for control, analysis and advice.
